This is my husband, he's pretty much a badass multitasker.
He is making hashbrowns, eggs, sausages, and toast. All while talking on his iPhone.
-Shred russet potato into bowl of cold water.
-Let sit one hour.
-Drain potatoes into colander.
-Coat Pam with oil.
-Cook on medium low for 15-20 minutes per side. Until a dark golden brown. Remember to watch and don't let burn.
Sausage is from the Burlington city market co-op.
Soundtrack- Gogol Bordello radio via pandora for iPhone. Totally rad gypsy music.
Blues brothers toast.
