Rad neon rainbow tunic!

Yesterday I thrifted is amazing neon rainbow fabric. It was $2 for about 2 1/2 yards.
This is what I created!



I might shorten the runic to a cute summer top to wear with high waisted jeans or shorts.
But it is still frigid here.
The line in the middle is a crease. I guess I should iron before picture



As you can see i am crazy dreaming of spring.
